Orders
All Saint Ann Fine Jewelry orders are made to order in Los Angeles. All orders go into production when paid in full by the customer and take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery. We do offer rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact info@saintanndesign.com and a sales representative will let you know how fast we can complete your rush order and provide you with the additional cost of the purchase.
SHIPPING
Domestic
Saint Ann Design offers complimentary ground shipping within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam) on all orders . We will ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air upon request. These express shipments are subject to additional charges. In some cases, 2-Day and Next Day will not be available. Please note that we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes or AP)/FPO addresses.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once you order is en route you will receive a tracking number along with order updates.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide utilizing a few different carriers, international rates apply to all orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibly of the customer. We do not take responsibility for any delays or other issues that may occur. A signature is always required upon receipt.
Messenger
Same day delivery in Los Angeles for any in stock orders is available Mon-Fri 9am-4:30 PT. Orders placed after 4:30 will be delivered the following business day, A signature is required at time of delivery.
Sales Tax
Repair Warranty
Saint Ann Design will repair your fine jewelry purchases within one year of purchase at no additional cost to you. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage which may require an additional fee . Beyond the warranty date we offer repair for an additional charge.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
DOMESTIC EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied we accept exchanges within 14 day of delivery. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any products exceeding the 14 day exchange policy from your receipt will not be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion.
Please contact info@saintanndesign.com with your notification as to which item you are exchanging before shipping it back to us.
Please note that any customized products are final sale. Anything needing to be resized is considered customized. All of our customized products purchased will be final sale.
Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanged products or customized pieces. Please consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Saint Ann Design is not responsible for items that do not arrive back to us. The package must be returned with an insured trackable shipping method.
Shipping, delivery, and assembly charges are non-refundable. Please note that returns usually take 5 to 7 business days

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
All international returns will be eligible for exchange or site credit. The package must be returned via insured and trackable shipping method and customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the returns including insurance of the package.

Final Sale
All Custom orders and sale merchandise are final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on custom or sale merchandise. Saint Ann Design purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
Caring For Your Jewelry
Keep your heirlooms sparkling for generations.
Mix a small amount of mild dish soap (free of detergents) with warm water in a glass bowl. Put the jewelry into the bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the jewelry. Remove item from soapy water, rinse it with clean water in the bowl so as not to lose the jewelry down the drain. Dry thoroughly with a soft polishing cloth.
You can quickly clean your jewelry before wearing it by using a soft cloth for cleaning your eye glasses or a microfiber cloth.
Keep your jewelry away from chemicals. Precious metals such as gold and silver as well as some gemstones can be damaged by exposing them to chemicals. Substances like, lotion, hair products, perfume or other cosmetics can contain chemicals that will permanently damage the surface of your precious and semi-precious gems. Always remove fine jewelry before cleaning the house with chemicals or swimming in a chlorinated pool.
